Bell Associates, Inc. and the Beaufort Houisng Authority highly recommend that each bidder or sub-bidder visit the sites prior to bidding to familiarize themself as to the existing conditons which may affect the bid.
In this regard, the Beaufort Housing Authority has set two (2) dates for such visits which will be the only times available. The dates are: Wednesday, December 28th, 2011 at 10:00 AM and Thursday, January 5, 2012 at 10:00 AM. Meet at the maintenance facility, Oak Hill Terrace Apartments, 1650 Ribaut Road, Port Royal, SC. No other site visit dates will be set up.
