Beaufort Housing residents that participate in the Public Housing Program and/or Housing Choice Voucher Program may use this form to submit a change of income. Documentation of any change must be attached in order to process your request.

Changes due to a decrease in income must be submitted no later than the 20th of the current month to be processed for the following month. Incomplete requests will not be processed.
