Attention: Public Housing Applicants

The Beaufort Housing Authority will be opening the 2&3-bedroom wait lists on June 16, 2025, between the hours of 8:30am -11:30am.   The waiting list will be open until further notice during the same hours Monday -Friday

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Applications will be accepted for 2&3-BEDROOM UNITS Only
• PLEASE PICK UP APPLICATION FROM BEAUFORT HOUSING AUTHORITY OFFICE PRIOR TO June 16, 2025
• Applicants currently on wait lists for other Housing Programs must apply separately for this program, and will not lose their position on the current wait list

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• All applications must be completed including all required supporting documents.
• INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Applicants must meet certain income and household size requirements.
• Proof of household composition and income will be required for all applicants.
