2026 PHA Annual Plan and Capital Fund Program 5-Year Action Plan - Notice of Public Hearing

The Beaufort Housing Authority has developed its 2026 Annual Plan and 2026-2030 5-Year Action Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. The Plan includes Capital Fund Program information. It is available for review at the Authority's office located at 1009 Prince Street, Beaufort, SC. The Authority's hours of operation are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. In addition, a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at the Authority's office at 2:00 pm. The public is invited.
